You can take classes at any point during your pregnancy. Ideally, you will start classes no later than 8 weeks before your due date. I often suggest starting at some point between 25 and 30 weeks of pregnancy. With my single session classes, even with less than 8 weeks to go, you still have options for quality birth classes!
